		<description>I had a tough time losing weight and tried all kinds of diet programs. I knew I had to exercise but found that jogging was just not something I could do. I was advised to walk and this has proven to be a great help.Not only do you lose weight by walking but it keeps you fit.Your heart and lungs get the aerobic exercise they need.I definitely advise anyone who wants to lose weight and be fit to try walking briskly and gradually extending the distance you walk.It certainly made a vast difference for me.</description>
